The Marquette Law School poll out this week finds that 90 percent of those polled support a code of ethics for Supreme Court justices. While the Court did adopt a code late last year, it’s been criticized because it lacks accountability by allowing justices to police themselves. Among the proposed responses — the adoption of a code with more teeth, as well as 18-year term limits for justices. What, if any, new rules do you support for the Supreme Court?
